- Comment: Mendoza and its province is part of the Cuyo region at the border with Chile and at the feet of Andes. There is also the hightest mountain of South America, "Cerro Aconcagua", about 200 km from the city of Mendoza. At the feet of Aconcagua mountain there is Puente del Inca, a natural arch that forms a bridge over the Río Las Cuevas and over it there are the ruins of the hot spring homonymous hotel.
