- Comment: The suburbs on the hill, the picturesque "barrios" on the natural terraces of the city, are marvelous if seen from the sea, but if visited we can observe the contradiction of almost all cities in South America. The living condition of the poor is really unuman and probably the so-called "civilized world" must solve this problem.
