- Comment: Philly, as its inhabitants call Philadelphia, is a nice and trendy city, It was very nice to spend a couple of days around the city, discovering a piece of American history. Elfreth's Alley is probably the most ancient residents street in the United States. It is a pictoresque part of the city, almost suspended on the stream of the time. One of its characteristics is the use of the red color to finish doors and windows that gives to the street a magic atmosphere of the first settlers.
