Licensing Purposes
Images can be licensed for different uses, such as:
Commercial: Advertising, catalogs, displays, packaging, CDs, brochures, media presentations, promotion materials of any sort, web sites and all religious and political uses, and other promotional materials, posters, calendars, greeting cards, etc.
Editorial: Textbooks, magazine and newspaper articles, news or educational materials, museums, etc.
Instructions to license an image
An image can be licensed by clicking on the "license image" button below almost every photo in slideshow gallery and by filling the license form with usage information.
In order to license an image, you have to submit information about:
- Image use: commercial or editorial
- Image Placement: front/back cover or interior
- Image Size in terms of image resolution (pixels and dpi. Click Here for guidelines)
- Number of printed copies or target audience size
- Duration of license
- Contact information
Licensing Notes and Restrictions
Images cannot be licensed for free.
Photo credit "© Vincenzo A. Pistorio / www.vincenzopistorio.com" must be used for images licensed for editorial use unless otherwise agreed in license agreement. For other use it will be agreed before placing order.
Some images may have restrictions on use. You will be immediately notified after your order submission before finalizing the agreement.
All images will be delivered after payment (or other previously agreed terms) via internet download in digital format at your desired image resolution. Default compression is JPEG (level 9-12) that is appropriate for almost every use. If you need uncompressed TIFF files or other special feature please describe it in detail.
Payment must be made in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) and only via bank transfer (wire transfer) or PayPal. Checks are accepted only in euro zone (€).
